Return & Refund Policy
At Avelia Style, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return request within 14 days.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Products must be unused.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, some products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Gift cards and promotional products.
- Final sale and clearance items.
- Used, washed, or damaged products.
Refund Process
After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it carefully. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we'll gladly replace it at no extra cost. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days after receiving your order.
